Since 1969, Moscovic Building Company has served the greater Clarkston, Michigan area with design/build contracting services. Our business has built quality residential and commercial projects of all kinds, providing our clients with fast, efficient service and stunning results.

Dick Moscovic of Moscovic Building Company

Dick Moscovic founded Moscovic Building and started remodeling and building new homes in North Oakland County in 1969. Over the years, Dick Moscovic has built a reputation of quality, integrity, and expertise knowledge that only comes from a vast amount of experience in the building industry. Dick recently retired after 47 years of teaching building trades at Clarkston Community Schools and then North Oakland Technical Center. Dick has proudly served customers in building new homes, extensive home remodels, as well as commercial projects for over 50 years.

Through honesty, integrity, hard work, ongoing education and over 47 years of experience in the building and remodeling industry it is my goal to help create and deliver my client's dream to reality. This is accomplished through the combined teamwork of competent tradesmen, competitive pricing and completion of a finished product in a timely and acceptable manner. Derek Moscovic, Project Manager

Derek Moscovic has over 20 years of construction management experience with a degree from Eastern Michigan University in Construction Management. Derek started his construction career in 1997 at Turner Construction, as a project engineer on the GMC Detroit Renaissance Center. Following his time with Turner Construction, he transitioned to residential and light commercial with Moscovic Building LLC. He has numerous years of experience with retail, residential, and commercial projects. Derek is also a full time Firefighter/Paramedic with the Independence Township Fire Department.

Services Provided

New home construction and home remodeling are our specialty. We completed many home additions, remodels and renovations of kitchens, baths, bedrooms, and basements. We also offer project management and consulting services.

We pride our selves on our design build process, that establishes an early, open relationship between builder, owner, architect and subcontractors. This early cooperation allows us to complete the project smoothly, with no suprises and no spikes in the budget.
